How does Thrive HR Score work?

Step 1: Self-service – Initiate the Assessment through your secured login in our website.

 

Step 2: Assessment – Assess each of the 17 HR sub-functions on a 5-point scale, evaluating both ‘Readiness’ and ‘Criticality’ for your business.

 

Step 3: Report generation – A customised report with the maturity levels of your HR organization will be generated and shared with key findings.
