Additionally, Suhas excels in Change Management and Organizational Design, having driven agile transformations at Oracle and structured new business units at GMR Group. He has also played a crucial role in enhancing Performance Management systems, partnering on Compensation Strategies, and stabilizing HR processes across various companies.
Entrepreneurial Journey: The Story Behind Bookzoo
Suhas Mahaveer founded Bookzoo (Bookzoo.in), a D2C startup with a mission to spread the joy of reading. In just four years, he transformed it into one of India’s leading children's bookstores by building the business from the ground up, driving growth through strategic planning, digital marketing, and partnerships. His leadership fostered a culture of excellence, making Bookzoo a recognized brand with a strong market presence and exceptional customer service.
Suhas is also an author, having written the children's book 'Chanda's Moon Adventure,' a bedtime story that simplifies the Chandrayaan mission in an engaging and fun way.
